When you email your ticket buyers to notify them of a postponement or cancellation, you will now have the option to include a refund request link within the email. With this function you can set a date and time for when the request should expire. This is an easy way to enable refunds for the people who want them, and allows other ticket buyers to keep their tickets for the new dates in the case of postponements.
Please note: Refunds are automatically processed at the end of each night.
