Every organizer has a house style. Not the kind that goes in a deck. The kind that shows up at 6:58 on a Friday when something needs deciding and everyone turns to look at you.

Here are six of them, as cocktails. Pick the one that sounds most like you, then read the rest and work out who you have been standing beside all these years.

Make yours

• The Old Fashioned Ticket Stub. Bourbon, a sugar cube, a couple of dashes of bitters, a big piece of ice, orange peel. Stirred, never shaken, obviously.
• The 75% Sold French 75. Gin, lemon, a little sugar, topped with champagne. Named after a field gun, which will make sense around day nine of refreshing.
• The Walk-Up Whisky Sour. Whisky, lemon, sugar, egg white if you are feeling formal. Shaken hard, which is also how you arrive at the gate.
• The Last Call Margarita. Tequila, lime, orange liqueur, salt on the rim. Best made in a batch, because they are all arriving at once.
• The Sold-Out Shirley. Ginger ale, grenadine, a cherry. Everybody underestimates it right up until they order a second.
• The Comp List Cosmo. Vodka, triple sec, lime, cranberry. Order one without apologizing for it.
