Brent Butt has long been considered one of the funniest people in Canada, with a career in stand-up comedy that stretches into five decades, including numerous appearances at major festivals in multiple countries and being voted Best Male Stand-Up in Canada by his peers in the profession. He also created and starred in two successful sitcoms – CORNER GAS (“Funniest Show on TV” as voted by TV Guide Readers, seen in 60 countries) and HICCUPS (multiple Leo and Writers Guild Awards). When you add in two theatrical comedy films (NO CLUE, CORNER GAS: THE MOVIE) and four seasons of an animated TV spinoff, it may seem surprising that Brent’s new venture has taken a rather dark turn.

A little about our speaker Billy Molls -
Raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Billy Molls was born with a fascination for nature and an insatiable longing for adventure. Billy’s apprenticeship as an outdoorsman began at the age of four, as he tagged along on his grandfather’s trap line. Years later, it was Grandpa’s words that inspired Billy’s dream of venturing into The Last Frontier. “There’s places up there where man’s never been,” said the old sage, “animals that have never laid eyes on a human.”
Billy transformed his dream into reality. He has guided big game hunters across Alaska for more than two decades. Having lived more than eight years in a tent in the wilderness, Billy’s life is one of brow-raising adventure. We are excited to host you once again in the beautiful boreal forest for the 34th annual Ness Creek Music Festival July 16-19 2026. As always, we strive to bring you the best of Saskatchewan, Canadian and global musicians. Join us for a wide variety of workshops and community gatherings in our many programming venues throughout the site. We have something for everyone!
Tier 1 tickets are now available! This price is $220 (plus taxes and fees). *LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE*

18 and under must be accompanied by a guardian who will be responsible for them for the duration of the event. Limit of 4 underage individuals per adult.
If your camper unit is OVER 20' in length, then you are required to purchase a camper pass in the field of your choosing.

Please download your ticket QR code BEFORE arriving to the festival site. There is limited to no cell phone service on site to access your tickets upon arrival at the front gate.
Vehicles are assigned to campgrounds upon purchase. Upon entry, your vehicle will be marked with the chosen field you purchased. You will NOT be allowed to change fields once inside the festival gates.

The German Songwriter/Producer & DJ Steve Witzlsperger aka STVW is one of the fastest rising artists within the new generation of dance music known for his energetic, yet melodic and emotional dance sound combined with elements from Pop-Punk, Emo and Rock, called ‚ 'PUNK RAVE’.

Kelowna’s Kevin Kane and Tom Hooper first bonded over music as kids, later forming The Grapes of Wrath in 1983 with drummer Chris Hooper. Influenced by 60s British pop and the energy of punk and new wave, they released early work through the fledging Vancouver indie Nettwerk productions before signing with Capitol/EMI, producing Canadian classics like Peace of Mind, Backward Town, All the Things I Wasn’t, and I Am Here. Thanks in no small part to the support of MuchMusic, The Grapes enjoyed gold and platinum sales and sold out shows at home in Canada, extensive radio play, and toured Europe twice in support of albums that also
saw release in Japan, Australia, and South America. Then - with international success looming and for reasons no one is entirely clear on - the band disbanded in 1992. Reuniting in the late 90s with the release of the album “Field Trip”, which folded immediately. They came together again in the summer of 2009 for a series of acoustic duo shows around BC. The following year, an offer from a festival for a full band reunion led to the return of drummer Chris, and the original three recorded “High Road” (2013 - named after the street the Hoopers lived on when they first started playing together as kids), their first album of new material in almost 22 years. They have been gigging regularly ever since and are arguably the longest-running and still-active “original lineup” in rock.
Now - and as they had done briefly in 2009 - Tom and Kevin will once again hitthe road as a duo to perform The Grapes’ music in an intimate and unpluggedsetting - telling the stories behind the songs and putting the focus on theharmonies and melodies of their timeless music.
