TAP New York Craft Brew Festival Details
Started in 1998 and attended by more than 100,000 beer lovers, Tap New York is one of the largest and longest running craft brew festivals in the country. 
Taking place over two days, attendees can purchase tickets for either/both days that include continuous 4 oz. samples of craft alcoholic beverages, plus continuous food samples including CORN DOGS!! Additional food/dessert vendors and live music will also be present, along with games and various vendors. Attendees are encouraged to stay in overnight lodging and campsites at the resort with Stay & Play Packages.

Logistics: ID Check will be at entrance for all attendees. Attendees must be 21+ to enter. Designated Drivers found drinking beer samples will be asked to pay an extra $30 to get a General Admission pass. Evening performances will be held on May 9 & 10 at 7 PM and a matinee performance will be held on May 10 at 2 PM.

Dance Quilt 2025 is a celebration of the dedication, creativity, and artistry of Charter Arts dance majors.
The concert will feature outstanding choreography from Charter Arts' esteemed dance faculty, as well as two dynamic guest artists in jazz—Janelle Finocchio presenting a vibrant Broadway-style piece, and Daniel Padiera introducing the department's very first commercial jazz work to the Dance Quilt stage.
According to Artistic Director of Dance, Jennifer  Dite-Weaver, "This concert is thoughtfully woven to showcase the remarkable talent of every student in our program, highlighting their growth and passion through a diverse collection of works. The dances are the culmination of the students’ commitment in their year-long Rehearsal & Performance class. The Chocolate Factory Theater now offers a tiered ticketing price structure, with the goal of remaining accessible to every person who wishes to attend our events while acknowledging the very real value of the service – namely, artistic and administrative labor – that a ticket purchase represents.
We ask that you select the option that best reflects your individual circumstances. This is not a “pay what you wish” scenario; rather, it’s “pay as much as your circumstances allow”. For context: in the absence of outside funding, a true cost ticket to a Chocolate Factory performance would be $275.
Our tiered options are as follows:

As a ticket buyer, you’ll receive the same experience regardless of the price you pay. It’s general admission for everyone.

We'll meet at the IFC Center - 323 6th Ave, New York, NY 10014. Take the 6th Avenue/Carmine Street exit at the West 4th Street A/B/C/D/E/F/M subway station. The IFC Center is located directly behind the subway exit.
Your guide will be waiting with an orange umbrella so they are easy to spot. 
Why the Village?
We chose the Greenwich Village district for our New York City food tour because of the district's diverse restaurant scene, deep-rooted history, architecture, and its timeless charisma. While the rest of the city was subject to the 1811 grid system, the Village was able to escape this fate because of its charming, meandering streets.
The powers that be could not be bothered to try to reroute the winding streets found here. But their loss was our gain! This was a big win, both for those residents and for us because we got to take a step back into time and stroll outside of city life without actually leaving the city!

When the President unwittingly spins a PR nightmare into a global crisis, it inevitably falls on the seven women he relies on most to clean up the mess. Take a raucous romp through the halls of the West Wing in a riotous and irreverent farce about the men who hold the power vs. the women who get the job done. This Broadway hit about the women who must save a bumbling President and the world from falling apart (again) is filled with intelligence, wit, and a shocking amount of audacity.

The New Plays Festival is an artistic endeavor in our theatre curriculum featuring 4 plays written, directed, and performed by our upperclassmen theatre students and designed by production arts students. It brings together skills acquired in our scriptwriting, directing and acting classes. 4 seniors will have their plays chosen to be produced and directed by 4 juniors. The rest of the department will act as actors and stage managers in the process. Students fully take on the challenges of creating new works for the stage. 
The Charter Arts Theatre Department is committed to producing new works as a way of giving students an opportunity to experience the advantages and challenges of working on a new play with their peers. It is also a means of helping our young artists to clearly define the important roles and responsibilities of playwright, director, actor, dramaturg, stage manager and designer in this process helping to create well-rounded theatre artists.

SYNOPSIS OF PLAYS:
Brought Wine by Ariana Hernandez, centers around six friends who gather for a night of wine, gossip, and relaxation, but as secrets are exposed, it quickly unravels into chaos and terror.
The Great Fairy Tale Feud by Andrea Rivera, is a fresh take on iconic fairy tale characters as they team up for a raucous and hilarious fight to take back their stories. 
Flicker by Rashid Akmanov, offers a glimpse into the mind of a man convinced he's been living the American Dream only to be awakened to the harsh reality of his true existence. 
Bill and Johnny Eternal by Vincent Cocca, is a cacophony of southern stereotypes, sci-fi, and frivolity centered around the cartoonish ongoing feud between the title characters and their nemesis Texas Bob.

Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves. Featuring memorable songs such as “Just Keep Swimming,” “Fish Are Friends Not Food,” and “Go With the Flow,” Finding Nemo KIDS brings a vibrant underwater world to life on stage in a story full of family, friendship, and adventure.
