Break out your tie-dyed shirts and peace signs as we transport you back to the summer of love with this year’s production, Murder Aboard the Jamboree Express. Set in 1969, this is a brand-new script and is full of wild characters, mayhem, and murder, all aboard the KVR steam train. 
This show includes a murder mystery on board the train and a buffet meal back at the station! This is a 13+ event due to mature themes.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of our 3716 Steam Locomotive on this 90-minute journey. You can experience breathtaking views from either our vintage enclosed coaches or the open air cars.
 
The Kettle Valley Steam Railway showcases a unique part of the Okanagan’s and British Columbia’s history. Built during 1910-1915, the KVR “Kootenay to Coast Connection” powered our pioneer fruit industry into world markets, transported our families on vacations and errands; created employment, hobos and stories that will be with us forever.
We invite you to join us on the only preserved section of this historic railway: Ten miles of beautiful vistas; from lush orchards and vineyards to a spectacular view of lake and land from the Trout Creek Bridge 238 ft above the canyon floor. The sight and sound of our restored 1912 Steam Locomotive the “3716” will bring the era alive as you ride along on this 90 minute journey in a vintage passenger coach or open air car.

We bring the beautiful, ancient art of water marbling to the 21st century by inviting you to be the artist. Come and make your own water marbled silk scarf. Each workshop begins with a demonstration. Then each artist chooses their colours and floats the paint one drop at a time on the surface of the water, then uses marbling combs, rakes, or stylus to create the design of their liking. If you can sprinkle cheese on a pizza, or write your name with a pencil you can make magic with us!

Along the way we include 7 tastings combined with 4 alcoholic beverages (non-alcohol/child friendly available). All visits are at locally owned businesses, so you'll experience the ultimate small-town feel of spectacular downtown Kelowna!

Daily Start Times: 10am and 2pm
The tour lasts roughly 3 hours, and is about 2-2.5 kilometres in walking distance. However, we stop lots and are never more than 10 minutes or so between tastings.
We go rain or shine! Also, we provide umbrellas to use for the day if rain is in the forecast.

He falls madly in love with an innocent young soprano, Christine, and devotes himself to creating a new star by nurturing her extraordinary talents and by employing all of the devious methods at his command.
