The 2026 Canadian College Finals Rodeo is returning to Rimbey, Alberta May 1 to 3rd, 2026. Top Canadian collegiate rodeo athletes attending post-secondary schools from all over Western Canada will compete for the Canadian Collegiate Championship! Over the three-day event, there will be three separate rodeo performances on Friday Night, Saturday night and Sunday Afternoon where we will be crowing our Champions!

We’re starting the year the best way we know how. Loud, fast, and packed with action from morning through night. Drag racing heats things up early, then Nite Thunder dirt oval racing takes over in the evening. One ticket, two styles of racing, no need to choose sides.

Musician and storyteller Steve Olson uncovers the incredible true story of the concert by four future Hall of Famers -- Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Wanda Jackson -- that shook his hometown of Camrose. Using classic guitars, historic photos, and masterful storytelling, Olson brings to life this "rockabilly roadtrip" from Memphis to small-town Alberta. Don't miss this one-man rockabilly spectacle where legendary songs, untold history, and nostalgia collide!

Stephen Olson is a classically-trained guitarist who learned to play Chet Atkins thumb-picking from his Uncle Lyndy. By playing bass and melody lines simultaneously, Stephen can authentically replicate the country and rockabilly sounds of the 1950s. Stephen draws the audiences in with his electric performances and stories from this golden era of music.

22-year-old Jake Vaadeland from Cut Knife, Saskatchewan, has had an impressive year. He earned his first JUNO Award win, his first Western Canadian Music Award win and made history as the youngest artist to achieve ‘Road Gold’ Certification by selling 25,000 tickets in 12 months across Canada. Performing and recording with his band’ The Sturgeon River Boys’, he has released a new record ‘One More Dollar to Go’ and embarked on a global tour, performing in the U.K., Spain, Denmark, the U.S., Germany, the Netherlands, and throughout Canada, solidifying his status as a rising star in the music industry.

Jâca is an award-winning clarinet/guitar duo that combines world music, virtuosity, and humor to bring an adventurous, passionate, and completely original musical style to the stage. Jaca combines the intimacy of an instrumental duo with a larger-than-life energy to create an experience that consistently leaves audiences buzzing. “At a Jâca concert you’re not just a bystander, you feel a part of it.” – Humans of Chamber Music.
Described as an “alluring and stunning combination” (Take Effect) Jâca’s music is truly a unique fusion that fits into no single genre. From Flamenco to Fado, Appalachia to Argentina, and guitar slides to clarinet smears, the duo explores the highest limits of what their instruments can do. Their debut album, Breakthrough (Navona, 2022) has been honored by worldwide organizations including the International Portuguese Music Awards (Best Instrumental Performance 2023), and the International Clarinet Association. Portuguese-Canadian clarinetist Wesley Ferreira is an acclaimed soloist and orchestral musician. He always brings his infectious positivity, big smile, and way too many reeds to every rehearsal. Dividing time between his home in Spain and his native USA, guitarist Jaxon Williams is an active performer of both Classical and Spanish Flamenco styles. He also knows more about fingernail care than a certified beautician and can slap on a fake nail in 5 minutes or less. Since 2018, Jâca has brought their infectious charm to arts series and music festivals across the USA and worldwide. They have played in prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall and have been featured on national television and radio in Portugal, Ecuador, and the USA. With support from the RCMP, Edmonton Police, and local schools, Street Legal is all about giving speed enthusiasts a safer place to race.

The Bracket Drag Series is where competition meets community. All season long, racers, families, friends, and fans gather at the track for weekends filled with tight races, close finishes, and plenty of horsepower.
From seasoned veterans to first-time competitors, drivers in dragsters, cars, trucks, and Junior Dragsters line up to test their skill, consistency, and reaction time. Every pass counts as racers battle for prize money and valuable points toward the season championships.
