Steve Earle is one of the most acclaimed singer-songwriters of his generation. A protege of legendary songwriters Townes Van Zandt and Guy Clark, he quickly became a master storyteller in his own right, with his songs being recorded by Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Joan Baez, Emmylou Harris, The Pretenders, and countless others. 1986 saw the release of his record, Guitar Town, which shot to number one on the country charts and is now regarded as a classic of the Americana genre. Most recently, Earle’s 1988 hit Copperhead Road was made an official state song of Tennessee in 2023.   Subsequent releases like The Revolution Starts...Now (2004), Washington Square Serenade (2007), and TOWNES (2009) received consecutive GRAMMY® Awards. Jerry Jeff, released in 2022, consisted of Earle’s versions of songs written by Jerry Jeff Walker, one of his mentors.   Earle has published both a novel I’ll Never Get Out of This World Alive (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt 2011) and Dog House Roses, a collection of short stories (Houghton Mifflin 2003). Earle produced albums for other artists such as Joan Baez (Day After Tomorrow) and Lucinda Williams (Car Wheels on A Gravel Road).
  As an actor, Earle has appeared in several films and had recurring roles in the HBO series The Wire and Tremé.  In 2009, Earle appeared in the off-Broadway play Samara, for which he also wrote a score that The New York Times described as “exquisitely subliminal.” Earle wrote music for and appeared in Coal Country, for which he was nominated for a Drama Desk Award. Earle is the host of the weekly show Hard Core Troubadour on Sirius Radio’s Outlaw Country channel.   In 2020, Earle was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. And in 2023, Steve was honored by the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music. Steve’s latest album, “Alone Again (Live)”, released on July 12th, 2024. Most recently, Steve was honored with an invitation to join the Grand Ole Opry and was officially inducted on September 17th, 2025.

Even in the stark orderliness of black and white, July Talk has always been a work in progress. More accurately, it’s a work of progress, a communal pursuit of euphoric togetherness as a mode of being. For this compulsively DIY, rigorously self-realizing group, the essence of July Talk has always been the tension between precision and chaos. Between these two extremes, in that kinetic, staticky, sticky space, is where July Talk truly takes shape. On stage, July Talk unfurls and explodes. The action pings from slo-motion commotion to back-bendy communion, fluid (as in bodily) and liquid (as in the dark goo phase of metamorphosis). Things get weird.
 For over a decade, July Talk has pursued its relentless project to know itself, a fundamental baseline from which to access raw ecstasy and agony. The three-time JUNO Award winning band’s unmistakable artistic stamp has spanned from studio albums to documentary films, dive bars to festival stages. Pure Power Wrestling returns to the Fritz Sick Centre in Lethbridge LIVE Saturday, March 7 featuring the stars of Midget Wrestling Warriors for MIDGET MAYHEM! We are well on our way to POWERSLAM XV and tensions are at an all-time high. What will happen when combustible elements come together for a night of action you won't forget!?

From the WWE ring as Mini Kurt Angle, Mini Undertaker, and Jerry Smaller; to travelling the globe as the top midget wrestler; and now to the Pure Power Wrestling ring, Short Sleeve Sampson continues the tradition of Sky Low Low, Lord Littlebrook and other legendary midget wrestling stars. He squares off against Mexican Mini Demus. A former star of the CMLL mini-estrella, in recent years Demus has competed for AAA Lucha Libre, Ring of Honor, and WWE.
In addition, Women's Wrestling Action returns to PPW as "The One Your Mother Warned You About" Vicky Vicious clashes with luchadora Satania making her PPW debut from the rings of Mexico City.
With the Power Rumble in the books, it is now confirmed that the main event of POWERSLAM XV on April 4 will be Dewey Robson defending the PPW Championship against Scorpious. However, at Midget Mayhem Dewey Robson teams with The Black Hand to face off with Scorpious, KB6, and Dalton Rogue!

MORE INFO ON CAMPING

All camping/ tenting sites are NON SERVICED sites.
Prices are for all 3 days
Porta potties and non-potable water stations will be available throughout the camping areas.
Camping is for 3 nights (July 24th - 26th) You MUST vacate the site before 1pm on July 27th.
All sites are within a 10 minute walk, but there will be shuttles available too.
Upon purchasing camping in premier or main camping areas, you will be able to pick a specific area or block, but you will not be able to choose your specific spot. However, within 1-2 weeks after camping spots are purchased, you will be assigned a specific spot in the area or block you chose. If you want to be assigned next to other camping friends or family, we will try to accommodate that as much as we can.  Those requests can be made to info@spiderentertainment.ca prior to Nov 20th at 6 PM.   Once assigned you will be notified of your spot by email.  This spot then becomes yours and will be reserved for your arrival.
Overflow camping is first come first serve!
Tenting spots will be assigned as well into spots within the camping blocks or other areas of the park. They will assigned in the order they are purchased and placed in the best spots first.

Overflow North Lot:

Located north of Ken McDonald Sports Park (through the parking lot) within walking distance of the concert grounds. First-come, first-parked camping.


Overflow AGRIPLEX:

Located at the Taber Agriplex within walking distance of the concert grounds. First-come, first-parked camping.



All camping sites will accommodate trailers / motor homes up to 40' in length. Most will accommodate even larger campers.  If you are longer than 40’ please let us know in an email to info@spiderentertainment.ca
Each camping/ tenting site will be allowed ONE (1) vehicle on the site. Extra vehicles can be parking in the main parking lot.
CORNSTOCK Camping areas are fenced/ closed off to general public. Therefore: wrist bands and vehicle passes must be shown at each checkpoint. You will not be permitted to enter the camping area without a weekend camping pass.  EXCEPTION Overflow Agriplex.
CORNSTOCK takes pride in our image! Please keep your campsite clean and maintained. Failure to do so will result in a $300 clean-up fee charged to the campsite holder's credit cared and/or eviction from the campground/ festival site and venue.
Propane fires are permitted. However - all fires must be attended at all times. Please follow local fire bans.
Generators will be allowed to operate between 8:00am to Midnight. If your generator makes excessive noise or creates fumes, you will be asked not to use it. We understand people have health related issues that require generators to run all night. In fairness to other campers, these generators must be of the "whisper quiet" make and not disturb other campers. Any non-compliance will result in eviction without refund.
Cornstock is not an ideal weekend for your pets. If you do choose to bring your pet, they must remain at your campsite, leashed and always attended to.

One of the greatest mysteries of the Canadian Rockies is the legend of the so-called “Lost Lemon Mine.” As is typical of Western Canadian legends, there are a number of contrasting, mutually exclusive and seemingly irrefutable versions of the story. Together WE ARE GOING TO FINALLY SOLVE IT!
Join adventurer Cindy-Anna Jones at The Twin Cities Saloon this winter as she and her "friends" work to solve the mystery...and they need your help! Solve puzzles with the characters and on your own as you all unravel the mystery. Is this just another Dead End? Or has the Twin Cities Saloon been the answer the whole time?
Puzzles will be given to each table throughout the show that directly influences the plot. This is an interactive theatre experience like no other, be part of the story and the solution!

Parking: The easiest way to access the Jack Simpson Gym is to approach the University from the north side via 32 Ave NW, turning south onto Collegiate Blvd. From there, turn right to park in Lot 10, or turn left to park in Lot 11 (both have daily flat rates). It is a short walk to enter the building via the Olympic Oval north entrance. Walk down the path toward the giant red sculpture.

One guitar, passed from songwriter to songwriter. Join us to hear its next chapters!
In celebration of Women’s History Month, the National Music Centre, in partnership with Write On!, will present a special edition of The Acoustic Guitar Project, spotlighting women and gender-diverse songwriters.
Five Alberta-based artists were selected to participate in this unique collaborative songwriting initiative. Each artist will contribute to the ongoing legacy of a single acoustic guitar that has held countless songs before it.
Participants each spent one week with the instrument to write an original piece, and on March 6, they will share their creations live on stage at the historic King Eddy.
2026 Participants:
EDEN TAYLOREden Taylor is a Calgary-based singer-songwriter known for soulful, pop-leaning songs and an honest, compelling stage presence. A seasoned live performer with hundreds of shows across Canada and the U.S., she connects easily with audiences through emotionally grounded songwriting and strong vocals. With multiple industry accolades and notable festival and theatre performances, Eden is entering a focused new era of releases that highlight her growth as both an artist and a live performer.
IRENE POOLEIrene Poole is a Banff-born, Calgary-based singer-songwriter and actor. She has captivated audiences with her nature-inspired indie-folk, full of heartfelt lyrics and angelic melodies. Her debut album, The Mountains and The Sea, charted at #13 on CKUA, and was nominated for a YYC Music Award for Folk Recording of the Year. Irene is the 2025 recipient of the YYCMA Emerging Artist Award.  Irene has performed at the Canmore Folk Fest, ArtsPlace, numerous lounges and coffee shops, and has toured northern Alberta with Home Routes. No matter the stage, Irene aims to be a storyteller in everything she does.
SADIE-LEEIf you could picture honesty, strength, and beautifully crafted lyrics all in one place, you’d be looking right at Sadie-Lee. This Canadian artist writes the kind of songs that feel like a heart-to-heart with your best friend, real, warm, and relatable. Driven by stories, her own and the ones she sees around her, she blends pop-country melodies with a truth that hits home. Her goal is simple: to write songs that feel honest, familiar, and impossible to forget.
SONIA DELEOSonia Deleo is an award-winning singer/songwriter, comedian, playwright, actor and mom. Her folk-soul sound and engaging storytelling make her performances a rich and impactful experience for audiences of all kinds. With two solo albums, one musical, and several singles and collaborations under her belt, Deleo is a force in the Canadian music scene and she is only gaining momentum. With a dynamic vocal range, intricately woven lyrics, and unique melodies, her music stands out in a vast sea of sounds. Watch for her new single In This Village (spring 2026).
TONI VEREToni Vere is a Canadian singer-songwriter who turns life’s lessons into songs that hit home. Blending folk, traditional, and a splash of satire, her music tells stories rooted in real emotion, sharp wit, and a deep love of place. With a voice that carries both tenderness and strength, and a pen that doesn’t shy away from truth, Toni Vere is an artist for anyone who’s ever felt broken, brave, or both at the same time.
About The Acoustic Guitar Project:
Created by Dave Adams now located in more than 50 cities, The Acoustic Guitar Project is a global music platform — and concert series — that inspires musicians to write an original song and record it live in one week. Its mission is to encourage a deeper connection between the artist and their art, inspire creativity by simplifying its process to the bare essentials, and to tell truthful, meaningful stories. The Calgary-based guitar, to be housed on display at the National Music Centre, has seen the hands and songs of more than 30 talented local songwriters, including award winners such as Troy Kokol, Matt Blais, Amelie Patterson, T. Buckley, Kris Demeanor, Todd Stewart, and Jenny Allen.
