Our gate staff work hard to keep everyone safe. Be patient and courteous with our staff. Abuse of any kind will result in you not getting into the festival.

Bring your ID. Government issued ID is required through the gate as Zen Garden is a 18+ event.

Bring your Showpass ticket on your phone ready to be scanned.

Bring appropriate attire and essentials for the weather forecast that day. Stages are under tents.

Zen Garden is a safe space for everyone. All attendees are responsible for maintaining a culture of mutual respect and taking care of one another. If someone is unwell, help them get access to medical services. If someone is acting recklessly or harassing others, inform a member of the security team. Any attendee exhibiting reckless behavior or harassing others will have their festival pass revoked.

Zen Garden is a NO-RE-ENTRY event. Once you leave for the day, you will not be permitted back on festival grounds. Absolutely no exceptions. Come prepared to spend the whole day at the park. Check the weather forecast and come prepared!

Zen Garden is a rain or shine event. Event will be re-scheduled if cancelled due to government restrictions or an act of god.
