Building Intentional Workplace Culture

The Tech Talent Tour is a series of events with the objective of connecting the Tech industry with the growing untapped talent in Calgary.  The third event is highlighting workplace culture.

Workplace culture is the collection of values, beliefs, and actions that define an organization.  Companies that invest time and energy into creating and maintaining their culture, foster an environment for increased employee engagement.  Knowing how your personal values align with a company’s core values is the key to finding a spot that is perfect for you.

This event will give you a chance to connect with like-minded individuals who appreciate workplaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

 Those who attend this event will:

• Learn about the culture at different companies.
• Understand the importance of knowing your personal values and how to use them to find the right company for you.
• Participate in group activities to encourage new connections with industry experts and fellow job seekers.
• Engage with organizations that embrace “people-first” initiatives and actively live their core values day to day.

• 5:30 PM - Doors open for registration and mingling
• 6:00 PM - Program starts
• 6:30 PM - Open conversations/Networking
• 8:30 PM - Doors close
