YYC EXP 2026 - Restaurant Registration

YYC Food & Drink Experience is Calgary’s premier culinary festival, serving up 17 delectable days of prix fixe dining and inspired signature events around the city. Register your restaurant to participate in this celebration of Calgary’s culinary scene. 

Early Bird - Open now until Monday, January 19.
- $350 registration fee, plus $100 Restaurant Gift Card* 

Late Registration - Open from Tuesday, January 20 to Friday, January 30.
- $400 registration fee, plus $100 Restaurant Gift Card* 

Complimentary Registration for Calgary Downtown Association Members until Friday, January 30th.
- Up to $400 registration fee waived + $100 Restaurant Gift Card sponsored by CDA. View the map below to determine if your restaurant is in the CDA boundary. 

*Your $100 Restaurant Gift Card will be used for YYC EXP contests, social media promotions and influencer giveaways. 

Participation fees include: restaurant profile on YYC EXP website—includes name, logo, image, description, contact info, direct link to restaurant website and/or reservation link, and prix fixe menu(s) listing; festival advertising and promotion including print, digital, and social media; a marketing toolkit that includes YYC EXP assets, menu templates and tips for making the most out of your restaurant’s participation. Your $100 gift card will be used for YYC EXP contests, social media promotions and influencer giveaways.
