Description
Headliner: Brian Stollery
Brian Stollery rarely waits for more than a heartbeat before inviting his audiences to laugh at his expense. Observational, autobiographical and hilariously self-deprecating, Brian Stollery’s brand of comedy reveals the underlying absurdity of everyday life in a way that is as scathingly honest as it is fast-paced and energetic. Mr. Stollery has spent more than twenty years mining the stuff of everyday life for laughs in a way that is universal and unique. His quick-witted delivery covers various topics, flowing effortlessly from one bit to another. Brian’s material is current, ensuring he covers the latest trends and events from his life and the world. His clever wordplay and witty commentary on life delight audiences wherever he performs.
MC: Bryan Moxon
Bryan skipped the 8th grade. This was not due to any remarkable intelligence, but because his teachers wanted him out of their school sooner. He has since directed his idiocy into stand-up and has toured across Western Canada after being a finalist in the FunnyFest comedy competition 2019. A rising star in Canadian stand-up, prepare to delight in his unique style of comedy.
Featuring: Troo Knot
Troo Knot is a wandering musician/comedian based out of Calgary. He's a bit unhinged and fun to watch live. Pretty much just a dude who loves creating stuff and making people laugh. He's the ringmaster for Le Cirque de la Nuit and the lead singer for Fermented Beet Orchestra and Metavore. His comedy special - SPICY - is out on YouTube. His new album - VIVID - is streaming wherever you listen to music.
