Instructor Bio

Rob Aranyosi is a yoga , hand balancing & Mobility teacher in the Ottawa area offering group classes, workshops & trainings. His technical & dynamic style of yoga is highly influenced by one of his teachers Dylan werner , while his handbalancing style is primarily influenced by his main coach Miguel Santana. He has a fun light hearted yet intense approach and designs every class thoughtfully while bringing in an element of challenge and surprise.
