Description
Bridging writing craft and spiritual practice, this class teaches participants how to channel their natural curiosity into a heightened awareness that can lead to transformative creative breakthroughs. Guided exercises, meditations, freewriting prompts, and deep noticing practices will open participants to a state of calm fascination.
This class is suitable for all writers and will be instructed by Sarah Selecky.
