<p>Is it possible to translate a painting, drawing, collage, or sculpture into words?  This class explores the ancient practice of ekphrasis, writing that engages with visual art. Participants will discuss contemporary ekphrastic writing, then give voice to their personal connection with an image they bring.</p>
