Fresh from their selection for the 2026 Mariposa Folk Festival Emerging Artists Showcase, Hamilton indie folk band Wreckless Harbour arrives for an intimate evening of original music, rich storytelling and captivating musicianship.

Blending acoustic string-band instrumentation and four-part vocal harmonies with the energy and edge of contemporary indie folk, Wreckless Harbour creates music that feels timeless yet firmly rooted in the present. Guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle and bass come together around melodious, narrative-driven songwriting that honours folk tradition while speaking to today’s audiences.

Performing together since 2022, the band recorded their debut album, Step Lightly, with producer Steven Ryan of Canary Minor Music. Following its release across two digital EPs, the complete album arrived in June 2026 - marking an exciting new chapter for one of Hamilton’s emerging folk acts.
