Wiener Takes All

THIS TICKET IS TO ENTER YOUR DOG INTO THE RACE – WATCHING IS FREE & FUN!!!

Who's ready to pawww-ty at the 5th Annual Wiener Takes All Dog Race! 9 different heats for dogs of all shapes and sizes, including the Old Yellers Senior category and the NEW Underdogs (for those dogs that want to participate but their breed may not agree).!

Does your dog have what it takes to be crowned the winning weenie?

THE DEETS:

• Early Registration: Rossland Outdoor - March 26th 3-6pm. 
• Date: March 28, 2026
• Check-in: 2:00-3:30pm at the base area in front of Rentals
• MANDATORY Racer Meeting: 3:45pm in front of Ski School. 
• First Race Starts: 4:15pm (race timing and number of heats will depend on number of pups entered)
• House of Paws Doggy Bags: Each pup will receive an official Wiener Takes All x Pet Valu race bandana, Petcurean snacks, poop bags and treats! 

HOW IT WORKS:

• Dogs will race in heats according to size and breed
• Top 2 dogs from each heat will advance to the finals for a shot at being crowned Top Dog! Old Yellers and Underdogs win their own category prizes! 
• The race venue will be fully fenced-in, dogs must be on leash until they are in the race corral
• Hot dogs and beers served on the deck (not included in ticket cost)
• No dogs in the lodge or Rafters (sorry), but dogs love the outdoors, and the deck is A-OK!
• Important note Dogs must be up to date with their shots (incl. rabies) and Spayed or Neutered. 

Exciting prizes await at the dog race! 

Participants will have the chance to score amazing goodies, including prize packs filled with treats, snacks, wet food, and boosters. There will be gift baskets, gift cards, and exclusive sample packs for our furry friends. Plus, lucky winners could walk away with tickets to the Good Dog Show, a tracker with a prepaid subscription, and plenty of extra surprises like poop bags, brochures, and special items from our generous sponsors.

No matter what, every pup and their human are in for a treat!

Here’s your chance!
Submit a photo of your dog in a “ready-to-race” stance, make sure it’s a clear shot of just your pup.
Make sure to include your dogs name or racing nickname and their Zoomie Meter (1 = running on empty, 7 = full NOS zoomies!)
