Wicked Woods Music Festival

Nestled in the heart of the Columbia Valley, minutes from Fairmont Hot Springs.  We're Back for the 13th annual celebration of life through sight and sound. This Kootenay location’s limitless views and comfortable surroundings makes this festival a precious environment for all imaginations.

This 3 night festival wraps up the summer with both electronic and live music. With a newly inspired focus for the future, this year will continue with a positive and safe vision, organized by truly dedicated individuals who have made up the passion behind the festival for the past decade.

 So…what can you do to be apart of the magic?

Join our Wicked Crew. We are looking for all Volunteer Positions, Food and Craft Vendors, and Media. Applications will open later this year. Keep your eyes on our socials for more information.

 But what if you don’t want to volunteer?

That’s okay! We’ve got a ticket with your name on it, and a campsite just for you. Our full weekend pass is for three full nights. Music starts 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 26th, and goes until 1:00 pm on Sunday, May 19th. An early entry pass, effective for Wednesday, May 25th, can be obtained online or at the gate (Cash Only).

Tickets will be on sale on July 21, 2021

Tier 1: (July 21, 2021) $310 + Handling Fee & Taxes (sold out)

Tier 2: (Aug 4, 2021) $330 + Handling Fee & Taxes.  (sold out)

Tier 3:  (April 10, 2022) $340 + Handling Fee & Taxes

Early Entry on Wednesday, May 25th, can be obtained at time of your ticket purchase or $50 cash at the gate.

Car and RV Passes are limited. We strongly recommend carpooling and to purchase your Car/RV pass in advance. Passes will be available for purchase on July 21, 2021. There is access to a free parking zone, but if you want to park onsite a parking pass is required. Car and RV passes will be available for purchase on July 21st, 2021.

If you are coming from Canal Flats/Fairmont, it is 3 km’s after Fairmont, and the turn off is on the left side of the highway, in the middle of a truck pullout.

From Invermere, it is a 19 km drive from the light intersection. After the “leaving Windermere” sign, it’s the third right. The turnoff is in the middle of a truck pullout on the right side of the highway.

Refund Policy

No exchanges or refunds in the case the event is terminated early, or cancelled, due to any acts of God/nature, government regulation, or other actions beyond Wicked Wood Music Festival control.
