Description

Catch the Fringe Hit before it's gone!

After a successful run at the 2025 Vancouver Fringe, The Spontaneous Shakespeare company are back at Little Mountain Gallery with an improvised Shakespearean history like you've never seen before. Inspired by a story from the audience’s own family history, they will create a new, completely improvised epic, transforming your family lore into a clash of kings and armies, inspiring speeches and the hilarious comedy you’ve come to expect. No Shakespeare knowledge required!

(Audience participation is not required, so come on out and enjoy the show!)

Here's what the critics are saying!
"...a delightful celebration of what improv — and Shakespeare — can be." 5/5 Stars - Saskatoon Star Phoenix

"It’s improv like you’ve never heard it before, and it’s drama as you’ve never seen it before.” Best of the Festival - The Orlando Sentinel

"It's amazing. Get ye hence with haste, before time runneth out" 5/5 Stars - The Winnipeg Free Press
Critics Choice Award - Outstanding Improv Show - Orlando Fringe
Best National Show - Saskatoon Fringe"
