While We Wait

This original show for early elementary-aged kids explores the year in the life of a young girl as she experiences the changing seasons through a magical garden shed. It explores how the rhythms of our emotions can be reflected in the rhythms of the natural world. The piece features live music, puppetry, and is an enchanting introduction to live performance.

 

While We Wait features the work of artists who have previously presented work in our picnic play series, playbuilding and mainstage shows including: A Gorgan's Tale, A Tale on Two Wheels, Crypthand, Troubling Joy and Monster's Journey !

This Show has a Pay-What-You-Can-Afford ticket model with three ticket prices allowing for our event to be more accessible to folks with lower incomes while simultaneously allowing us to continue providing community programing.
