Description
Artists Emily Schreiner and Liz Yohlin Baill are taking over SEPTA bus shelters with thoughtfully designed games and conversation starters that spark intergenerational creative exchange about the world right outside the window. The goal is simple: look up and out together, rather than down and alone at a screen. The method is joyful, visual, and unmistakably Philly.
Drawing on their work creating family guides and exhibitions for the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Schreiner and Baill will fill bus shelter poster spaces with content that brings the city to life for the families waiting in it. The project, co-produced by WHYY, is in conversation with the new children's TV series The Good Neighbor Club—premiering summer 2026—extending the show's mission of building good neighbors directly to the public transit stops of Philadelphia.
This is a free walk-up event. Check out the bus shelters down Broad Street!
