Immerse yourself in a 1.5-hour guided sound bath designed to promote deep relaxation, clarity, and overall well-being.

Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Location:  Livingstone Place (South Tower, 222 3 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0B4)

 **REQUIRED** Please bring the following:

• Yoga mat
• A blanket to keep warm (optional as the body tends to cool down quite a bit when relaxed)
• Sweater and warm socks 
• A small pillow or bolster (optional for extra comfort)
• Eye masks (optional)
• A notebook (for reflections afterward)
