You must reserve tickets in advance, spaces are limited and will fill up quickly

Table bookings are for 2 hours only

Accessibility info

• Public transport: The closest bus routes are #4, #7, #10, #14, #16 all stopping at Granville and West Georgia. From West Vancouver, buses #250 and #257 stop at West Georgia at Burrard. The closest skytrain is City Centre on the Canada Line.
• Parking: Parkades cost a fee and can be located at Robson Square Complex (enter from Howe Street), Hotel Vancouver Parkade (enter from Hornby Street) and Pacific Centre Mall parkade (enter from Howe Street). The closest drop off point is at the Vancouver Art Gallery front entrance on Hornby Street.
• ASL interpretation: Please contact us at accessibility@vancouverpride.ca or 604 687 0955 to request ASL interpretation of the live music performance. We will do our best to accommodate requests for interpretation and generally need 2-3 weeks notice
• Water: bottled water and pop/non alcoholic options will be available for purchase
• Face covering policy: We require all guests to wear a face covering. Disposable masks will be available for those who don't have their own
• Payment options: For staff safety, we will not be handling cash. Contactless payment (Debit/Visa/Mastercard) options will be available
• Washrooms: Gender neutral portable washroom facilities will be available. The unit door width is 31.7" (830mm) and the seat height is 19" (521mm)
• Terrain info: The outdoor lounge is situated on level concrete. 
• Tables: each group booking will be allocated a table for up to 6 people. This event offers table service. Table height will be between 710 - 865mm.
• Seating: A variety of seating types will be available
• First Aid will be available. See Front of House staff if you need assistance.
• Service Animals are welcome
• Scent reduction policy: We are operating in an outdoor public area and while we cannot control scents from the surrounding streets, we do ask that our guests, volunteers, performers and staff refrain from wearing strongly scented products. No smoking or vaping inside the event
• As we are serving alcohol, valid government issued photo ID is required for this event
