Description
Vishaal is an toronto-based singer-songwriter, pulling together motown-style basslines, neo-soul and a little R&B for a new take on catchy pop fuelled indie rock. With an upcoming EP release, Vishaal’s music employs bass-heavy riffs, big harmonies, introspective lyrics, and folk-inspired storytelling. Instagram / Soundcloud / Spotify
Sam the Living (the self-proclaimed sad prince of the prairies, now based in Toronto) is an eclectic singer-songwriter who turns small domestic disasters and dissociative episodes into thoughtful, affecting songs. Blending seventies soft rock with contemporary indie folk, his ethereal, brooding voice carries stories of almost-love, hunger, heartache, and absurd reflection. As melancholic as it is playful, Sam’s music invites listeners to sit with the mess, hum through the sting, and notice how even the smallest wounds can hold the most tenderness. Instagram / Bandcamp / Spotify
Edmonton songwriter Jeremy Witten delivers an intense, exploratory live set that blends jagged guitar work with looping and effects pedals, layering tension and sharp commentary. After a decade of performing with Edmonton indie pop band Baby Jey, Jeremy's solo performances are raw, confrontational, and deliberately unpredictable. Instagram / Bandcamp
