VIP Weekend Pass 10th Annual Block Party (200)

On June 30, July 1, and July 2 Edmonton’s Commercial Hotel, the home of Blues On Whyte, will be the hottest spot for music rain or shine on Canada Day weekend, as Honeymoon Suite headlines three days of rock and roll and fun-filled times at The 10th Annual Block Party 2022!

Sixteen acts over three days at the Commercial Hotel with Music that covers a wide spectrum of genres. From Edmonton faves like Punch Buggy and The Ramifications to The Arcana Kings and Simply Queen.  And, don't forget Canadian Rockers Honeymoon Suite are bringing the good times on July 1st!

As one of the bands that dominated Canadian charts for the better part of a decade, Honeymoon Suite knocked off one hit after another from 1984 thru the early nineties.

New Girl Now, Feel It Again, Stay In The Light, Love Changes Everything, What Does It Take, Bad Attitude, Wave Babies, and Stay In The Light were not only hits in our home and native land, the U.S. counterparts at rock radio spun the hell out of this Canadian band and Honeymoon Suite landed in the U.S. Top 40 on a number of occasions.

BLOCK PARTY 2022, it’s a full-blown street fest on The Commercial Hotel's amazing patio and venue. That’s 110 years of outstanding hospitality from Edmonton’s premier nightspot as we celebrate Canada’s 155 birthday.
