Energetic and engaging, the Victoria Guitar Trio, featuring Michael Dias, Adrian Verdejo, and Michael Kolk, has earned a reputation as one of Canada’s premier classical guitar ensembles with their virtuoso playing, exceptional artistry and captivating programming. All three guitarists have extensive experience performing in both solo and ensemble settings. The Trio’s concert repertoire spans vast periods and stylistic borders; from Renaissance lute music, to contemporary Canadian guitar compositions, and from Latin American music to jazz inspired works.
