Started out as a solo electroacoustic project of Vancouver-based music maker Jay Park in 2015, Prepurity's sound is inspired by the natural soundscapes of Pacific Northwest. His subtle use field recordings and textural sounds combined with his unique but familiar sense of melody and harmony generated by live instruments create a sonic experience unlike others. Prepurity channels sounds in many different forms - as a solo guitarist, as a DJ, as an art collaborator, as an intimate trip-hop trio, or a full ensemble that covers broad spectrum of musical genres including instrumental rock, electronica, ambient, new age, and noise. In the early 2017, Park formed a band, the Prepurity Ensemble, whose sound is faithful to the original recordings of Prepurity. The band also performs live-exclusive compositions that push boundaries of different genres of music. With the bachelor’s degree in contemporary music composition, lifelong-learning attitude, and years of dedication to his art, Park plans to share his imagination of beautiful sounds with the world through his passion project, Prepurity.

Caustic SodaPop can best be described as an ever evolving indie-WTF.  Started in 2001 by lead vocal, lead guitarist Aaron, as a scrappy 90's punk band reminiscent of Bad Religion, Rancid and NoFX, the band has continuously evolved.  With the recent addition of Alan on the drums, the songs can range from straight up 12 bar blues, country, pop and indie all with a good punky kick. Caustic SodaPop (CSP to friends!), lives for the live show.  We believe very strongly that we not just be a band that stands on a stage and plays our songs, but puts on a very active, high energy show with quality music every single show.
