Carved from stone, fueled by sun, a vineyard like no other. Vanessa has dedicated their 220 acre farm to exclusively producing only red wine grapes due to the Similkameen Valley’s favorable climate and the site’s ideal growing conditions.

Stuffed Partridge Breast, BC preserved apricots, pistachio, black trumpet.

Grilled East Coast Lobster

Burnt carrots cream, blood orange, sea urchin, yuzu Koshu

  

Entree:

Slow Cooked Tenderloin

Wilted bitter greens, cherry glazed carrots, parsnip cream, foie gras parfait, Chaga jus
