Unknown Spain - Beddington

Spain is a country that is rich in culture and history and has been through a lot thanks to the Romans and the Moors who were rulers over the region.  It didn’t really begin to come together as a country until the late 15th century.  Even with Spain being the 3rd largest wine producer, it feels like we only know the most popular areas: Rioja, Penedés (Cava), and Jerez-Xèrés-Sherry.  Join us as we have a delicious journey throughout Spain and diving into areas we aren’t familiar with, traditional and modern winemaking techniques, as well as some grape varieties we may not be too familiar with.  Each location will be exploring different wines, so if you really want to get to know more about Spanish wines, these are your events!
