As WWI draws to a close, the remote community of Unity, Saskatchewan awaits the return of their loved ones from the front. Little do the townsfolk suspect that their return brings with it a deadly foe, the "Spanish Flu." A snapshot of Canadian history, Unity (1918) strikes an unsettling and familiar chord, in a play that is in turns humourous, heartbreaking and hopeful.
