SERIES PASS holders must contact Darlene (admin@niagarajazzfestival.com or call at 289-259-4997) before the show's date to reserve their seating. Please arrive to claim your seat by 5:45PM, otherwise the seat will be made available for sale for General Admission.

Refund Policy

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are no longer able to attend a performance, tickets can either be converted into a donation for a tax receipt in the amount of the base ticket price (not including service fees), or you can transfer the tickets to another name.
