Whether you’re bringing your furry friend or the whole family, you’ll capture a festive holiday moment. Book your ticket and show up within your 30 minute timeslot.

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event are eligible for a 100% refund. Partial Refund or Transfer: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to transfer tickets to another event of equal or lesser value. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly to process any refund or ticket transfer requests.
