Trip to Meadowview Alpaca Farm

Join us for a trip to Meadowview Alpaca Farm in Bruce Mines, Ontario, for a private guided tour of the herd!

 

Meadowview is a small, family-run working alpaca farm that's home to a big, friendly herd of alpacas. On our private tour we'll get up close with the animals, learn how a real working alpaca farm runs (including the shearing process and what happens to all that fibre), and get the chance to meet, pet, and hand-feed these gentle, curious, and occasionally dramatic creatures. The farm store will also be open if you'd like to browse cozy alpaca products afterward. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes, as we'll be walking around a working farm - rain or shine!

 

Trip Details:

- Date: Friday, September 25, 2026

- Meet at the F Wing entrance by 11:30am

- Bus departs campus at 11:45am

- Return to campus at approximately 3:00pm

- Cost: $5

 

Spots are limited, so grab your ticket early. Please arrive on time so we don't miss the bus!
