Join us for Taste of Japan: Hokkaido Fair, a special event celebrating 45 years of friendship between Alberta and Hokkaido through food and community. Enjoy a selection of Hokkaido’s most well-loved dishes, freshly prepared for you to experience the flavors of Japan’s northernmost island:

• Chanchan Yaki – Grilled salmon with a savory miso butter sauce
• Buta Don – Flavorful pork rice bowl with a soy-based glaze
• Imomochi – Chewy potato mochi, a regional favorite
