Tip to Tail Pork 4 Course Dinner

Join us as we celebrate different cuts of pork. Introducing our new Head Chef Quinten Reid! Joining our team in late 2022, he is eager to share his culinary expertise and passion with our guests. 

Alongside our kitchen team, Quinten has created the perfect four-course meal to celebrate the pig! Join us as we enjoy four courses of different cuts of pork prepared in their own unique ways.

Drinks extra - we have a large selection of house-brewed craft beer, wine, cocktails, high balls and non-alcoholic beverages for you to pair along with dinner. Looking for a pairing? We have set up a beer menu pairing for $20 which you may add on to your meal at the beginning of the event - you'll receive three 250mL pours of Prairie dog beer followed by a 150mL pour of our specialty release beer S.T.E.V.E.
