As Kosmo's midnight shift wears on, it becomes clear that he is trying to use his final broadcast to reach one person in particular. Just like the rest of his lonely late-night audience, he's reaching out towards someone, and it's now or never.

The sun is burning out. It’s been plastered on billboards, across news headlines, and in Instagram captions for weeks. As the threat of the sun’s last breath looms closer overhead, families initiate lockdown, friends come together, lovers reunite, and gamers… game. It is a wonderfully catastrophic discovery of what beginnings may lie in the end. Sometimes, all it takes is an outburst, a phone call, a light flicker, and the earnestness of a person who knows that they don’t have much time left. Follow four memories, sunbleached and vulnerable, as people find connection with each other, and the strength to not only recognize, but accept their regrets. Who would you spend your last day on earth with?

Still Life... takes place on New Year’s Eve where close friends, Sarah Greenwell, Laura
Davis, Jessie Atwood, Ava Greenwell and Parker Olson are coming together ringing in
the New Year. Background noise from the old television distantly can be heard playing a
broadcast of The Vanishing Point with Malcolm Gregory the host of the program during the
evening. As the night continues on Sarah becomes eerily familiar with all the events playing
around her. Denial, addiction and the need to paint over Sarah's reality becomes warped
the more as time continues. As tragedy after tragedy arises Sarah starts to wonder who is
really controlling the show.
