Description
Through The Eyes of Children- A Livestreamed Concert
-featuring Cuatro Puntos Ensemble, clarinetist Alexander Kollias, and middle school writers from Do The Write Thing
Do The Write Thing helps children heal from violence of all types by challenging them to write about it. Each year over 90,000 middle school students across the USA write essays, and 50 make it into a book in the Library of Congress. These children will read excerpts from their essays, and the musicians will respond.
PROGRAM
A soundscape including the voices of children and short musical responses to these words written by several composers from around the world.
