Description
Join Leslie Bradford-Scott and Kingston’s own Adrian Michael Kelly as they dismantle family secrets and personal wreckage. Kelly’s Maybe It’s Me charts a spectacular breakdown and the grueling process of surviving chronic failure. Meanwhile, Scott’s The Liar’s Playbook confronts a father’s massive, life-long deception (was he gun-running for the CIA?). Together, they explore what happens when you hit the edge—and finally stop protecting the people who hurt you.
The Liar’s Playbook is Leslie Bradford Scott’s second book, She is an entrepreneur and podcaster. Leslie grew up in Grimsby, Ontario and Florida and now lives in Peterborough County.
Adrian Michael Kelly is the author of the novel Down Sterling Road, the memoir Maybe It’s Me, and the short story collection The Ambassador of What. His fiction and nonfiction have appeared widely in Canadian literary journals and magazines. He lives in Kingston.
