This is a focused, 2.5-hour workshop designed to give you the ultimate tactical practice in product execution. We skip the theory and jump straight into solving a live, messy problem. 

What You Will Do (From Problem to Pitch):

You'll work in small groups to tackle a current, real-world customer challenge, specifically focused on Activation and Onboarding that a local entrepreneur is currently struggling with.

1. Discovery: Hear the challenge directly from the customer/entrepreneur.
2. Hypothesis & Strategy: Get the metrics, distill key insights, and shape a solution hypothesis.
3. Low-Fi POC: Create a rapid, customer-centric strategy within your group.
4. Live Feedback: Pitch your solution to our panel of experts for immediate, tactical critique.
