We'll have 2 Product Growth experts from Jobber, one of Canada's hottest companies, facilitating things and discussing their journey's in product growth, while putting on a hands-on workshop that focuses on developing strategies to solve a real-world product growth problem.

Inside The Product Growth Lab:

We're splitting the night into a 40-minute discussion on product growth, followed by a 60-minute hands-on workshop focused on developing strategies and growth tactics for a real-world product expansion.

1. The Discussion: Ruth and Eric have a wealth of experience, and an exciting journey in Product Management to match! They'll be sharing a inside look into their journeys and how they transitioned from Product Managers into Product Growth Managers, and the key differences in each role. 
   
   
2. The Workshop: You will be handed a real-world growth challenge. Your mission? Frame a hypothesis, design a solution, and define a "path to success" with other product management experts in a group setting.

Eric is a Product Growth Manager with a background spanning marketing, product, and growth across SaaS, finance, and sports technology. At Jobber, he focuses on activating trial users.

His experience ranges from early-stage growth and acquisition work to leading product initiatives within global brands (like ASICS), giving him a strong appreciation for both business outcomes and user experience. When he’s not hypothesizing, you’ll likely find him eating cookies or climbing.

Ruth Boskovic is a Product Growth Manager at Jobber, where she crafts multi-product expansion strategies that help Service Pros discover and adopt paid features.

With nearly six years of experience across digital marketing and product management, she's specialized in turning data and user empathy into growth levers. Outside of work, she's an amateur equestrian, scuba diver, and proud mom to a cat who thinks he's a dog.
