In this practical and reflective session, Samantha Roberts, facilitator and behaviour change specialist, guides you to take a closer look at your current habits and routines and how they’re truly supporting your energy and wellbeing.
Rather than adding more to your plate, this session focuses on simplifying. You’ll explore where your time and energy are currently going, and identify realistic opportunities to create space for habits that feel supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your life.
Through clear frameworks and hands-on reflection, you’ll learn how to build new habits by anchoring them to routines you already have, navigate common roadblocks, and create momentum without overwhelm.
Grounded in progress over perfection, this session offers a refreshing approach to change that feels doable, flexible, and lasting.
