The Paradise Emporium: A Tropical Cocktail Pop-up

Drink like you're on vacation.

While it's not quite balmy outside, we are keeping things sunny and fun inside with our two-day cocktail pop-up Paradise Emporium.

Come down on Thursday, March 30 and Friday, March 31 to sip on some fun tropical drink menu that includes plenty of sunny destination classics like a Dark 'n' Stormy or a Tequila Sunrise BUT we've got plenty of Paradise Emporium originals as well, like the ''Banana Hammock for Two" (coconut slush, fruit cocktail puree, lime, banana liqueur, rum), the "Deep Sea Zombie" and more.

There will be fun non-alch options as well including house-made slushies and the "CJ Parker" a watermelon vanilla-mint smash). We love a Baywatch reference.

We'll be giving the space a light lush and tropical interior decorating AND all of our drinks will be served in a mix of vintage and ceramic glasses to help set the tropical mood.

You're gonna love whatever you're sipping out of!

We're bringing our a-game with the food menu too, so we'll serving all kinds of delicious snacks and mains including patties by Simply Irie, a chips and Unimarket salsa platter, pork tacos, jackfruit tacos (we see you plant-based pals and we appreciate you!), grilled prawn cobb salad, lobster dip and more.

Our space is pretty cozy, you probably know that, so once RSVPs are full, we will have a limited amount of first-come, first-serve seating each night.
