Chelsea's Tail is a 3-piece rock band from Vancouver, BC. Their wall of sound is made of hard-hitting riffs, powerful choruses, and melodic vocal harmonies.

Summer Rain started out very different from how it is now. Very different indeed.
Originally the band started as a solo project by Will McLelland back in 2017. “The UnInc” as it was titled then was a blend of modern rock and psychedelic sounds tailored to a rather niche audience to say the least. The sound was unique, however alienated a large portion of listeners, and as that became apparent to Will the sound of his music began to change. At the fundamental level the early UnInc songs were brilliant, they just needed to be a little more approachable to the general audience. Knowing this, Will reworked some aspects of the music and released the “South of the Border” Single. It was to great success. In just under a month it exploded to over 1 million listens on SoundCloud. No small feat for a small town undiscovered solo artist.
Fast forwards a few months to February 2019, Will contacted Josh & Logan inquiring if their jam group “Texada” would like to accompany him in an upcoming gig or two. Seeing it as a great opportunity to attain some live experience the boys accepted and in mid March 2019 “The UnInc” had their first full band gig at the Duncan Showroom. It was not more then a couple hours before the first show when Will asked, “What should we wear?” the only reply he got was from Josh stating “We should wear suits! That way we will look good even if we sound bad”. The band has been together since, dressed in suits and ties, constantly improving both their playing and their showmanship through regular practices and shows.
With the new lineup in the band, came fresh ideas and the sound, much like before, continued to change (and still is!). “The UnInc” as it were, was gaining popularity, amassing over 5 thousand Instagram followers and seeing returning patrons at shows, but something was bothering the boys. Every time they would go to a show, the audience, and to no fault of their own, would confuse the name, or not understand what it meant. Many times, they showed up to find themselves billed as “The Eunuchs” to which they would clarify to the audience that they do in fact have all their members. All jokes aside it set a limit to their reach of the audience. After much thought and professional advice, the band concluded that a name change was in order. By god it is the most difficult thing any of them had faced yet. A name that suited the sound of the music and could be understood by listeners without clarification or explanation was needed. And after much discussion, and picnic bench brainstorming I present to you Summer Rain.
