As a brand new musical, the show is constantly being tweaked, and we are so grateful to perform it for an audience in a workshop capacity, with time to adjust before our Fringe opening at the Firehall September 9th. This bold, hilarious and extremely relevant new musical has been in development since 2015, and this world premiere production at the Vancouver Fringe comes after 6 development workshops and one staged reading/workshop production. Complex music with jazzy, gospel, canadiana and country undertones complements breakneck-paced dialogue and contemporary themes, in a 90 minute structure reminiscent of the Golden Age of musical theatre. And now, a full professional cast and creative team is bringing their A-game to this surefire Fringe hit!
