Made of just lemon, honey, and gin, The Bee’s Knees cocktail was the toast of Prohibition-era society, and the drink is riding a new wave of popularity due to a modern revival.  As anyone who’s tried to make one knows, however, the short ingredient list is no guarantee of success.  Simple isn’t always easy.  The style of gin, the temperature, and technique all affect the final product.  Join us for this primer on three-ingredient cocktails that uses the Bee’s Knees as a springboard to teach transferable skills so you can master any mixed drink in a wink.  Guests will sample cocktails made with different types of spirits, in different styles.
