Join us for a night of eats and beats with JUNO nominated neo-folk group, The Aerialists. Indulge in a three-course set menu and mountainside show on Friday, July 29th at The Velvet Restaurant & Lounge, located at The Josie Hotel in Rossland, British Columbia.

JUNO nominated neo-folk group Aerialists take a distinctive hybrid approach to folk tradition, combining deep roots in Scottish Gaelic, Norwegian, and Irish folk music with a unique post rock bent.

First Course

Smoked watermelon carpaccio, mint, jalapeño & cucumber relish, watercress & frisée, yuzu aioli

Almond crusted halibut, beurre blanc, leeks, cipollini onion
