Dans un seule-en-scène, une femme a peur de mettre au monde une fille. Elle se questionne sur les origines de cette peur, comment devient-on une femme ? Par les seins se rappelle-t-elle à ses 11 ans.

Le désir d’avoir des seins et leur absence, les modèles de féminité dans les journaux, à la télé, dans la société, cristallisent cette croyance. Elle nous emmène alors avec elle dans sa quête. Cette quête des seins est un prétexte pour plonger dans l’imaginaire culturel, tout ce qu’on ingurgite sans en prendre conscience, et qui en dit long sur la société dans laquelle on grandit, et qui influence jusqu’à notre intimité, notre rapport à la chair, à la sexualité, la relation à l’autre.

Entre le stand-up et drame théâtral, la parole brise le quatrième mur et se veut directe et authentique.

Presented as a solo-performance, a woman is afraid to give birth to a daughter. She questions the origins of this fear—how does one become a woman? She remembers her breasts at the age of 11. 

The desire for breasts and their absence, the models of femininity in magazines, on TV, in society, crystallize this belief. She then takes us on a journey with her. This quest for breasts becomes an excuse to dive into the cultural imagination, all the things we ingest without realizing it, which reveal a lot about the society in which we grow up and influence even our intimacy, our relationship to the body, to sexuality, and to others.

Between stand-up and theatrical drama, the text breaks the fourth wall and aims to be direct and authentic.
