EARC Presentation
Teagan Littlechief, hailing from White Bear First Nations in Saskatchewan, is a celebrated Cree singer-songwriter whose music reflects her journey of resilience and empowerment. With a voice that has graced stages across Canada, including the 109th Grey Cup where she performed the national anthem in English, French, and Cree, Teagan stands as a beacon of cultural pride and artistic excellence.
Her dedication to her craft has earned her multiple accolades, including the Saskatchewan Country Music Association's Indigenous Artist of the Year for three consecutive years (2022–2024) and Female Artist of the Year in 2024. Beyond her musical achievements, Teagan is a passionate advocate for mental health and addiction recovery, drawing from her own experiences to inspire and uplift others. Her latest single, "Need You To Go," delves into themes of personal struggle and triumph, resonating deeply with listeners and topping Indigenous music charts.
As a single mother and full-time addiction counselor, Teagan continues to balance her professional commitments with her artistic pursuits, embodying the spirit of perseverance and hope. Her performances are not just concerts but powerful narratives that connect and heal, making her a cherished figure in both the music industry and her community.
