Refund Policy

Ticket Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If Summer Sound Off is cancelled and not rescheduled, purchasers will receive a full refund of the face value of their ticket (excluding any ticketing platform service fees, where applicable). If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refund instructions will be provided at that time.
