Guests will then enjoy an interactive cooking demonstration, where Chef Tagliareni showcases techniques, ingredients and traditions drawn from both Liguria and Sicily, regions known for their contrast of bright coastal flavours, aromatic herbs, and deeply rooted culinary heritage.

Following the interactive cooking demo, settle in for a thoughtfully curated three-course dinner inspired by the flavours of northern Italy’s Riviera and the bold, sun-ripened dishes of the south. A glass of premium Italian wine is paired with both the appetizer and main course.
