The Polaris Box Office manages ticketing and customer service for Polaris Centre events and community partner offsite shows, providing easy access to tickets and support for a wide range of live performances across the region.

Refund Policy

No refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges: -Exchanges are allowed only for tickets of equal or greater value. You will pay the difference if the new tickets cost more. -You must exchange the entire order—partial ticket exchanges are not supported. -Complimentary, transferred, or free tickets are not eligible for exchange. -You cannot initiate more than one exchange at a time. Exchanges must be done via desktop browser; the Showpass app does not support this.
